Does anyone have a good reference to go to teach my radiologists how they need to be more detailed in their dictation? Also I have one radiologist that likes to just say "As Above" in the Impression part of template report. Everything I was taught says they need to dictate their final input/diagnosis in that section and not to just say "As Above or Included Above". Thanks, AFUST

If he wants it paid for any type of xray CT, Etc. if no report explaining what noticed and why this is being done it gets denied.
