I wanted to know can 71045 and 74018 be billed together. I am receiving denials from Amerigroup that those codes are being billed incorrect because of the cpt 74022. Should we be billing the 74022 instead of the 71045 and 74018 together with a 59 modifier on the 71045?, thank you.
