Ramipril poisoning

Pt has hypotension d/t taking too high a dosage of Ramipril. Tried to find the poisoning codes in the table of drugs and chemicals, and I cannot find it using Ramipril, ACE inhibitors, generic name of Altace, or anything similar. What else could I use for finding the drug in this table? Thank you.

Lance, I use Antihypertensive agents NEC 972.6.

per the expanded table of drug and chemicals the code for the poisoning is 972.6 and E code E858.3
for improper dosing you code the poisoning code first
so the 972.6 followed by the hypotension followed by the E858.3
