Wiki Rate for Claims as Part Time Job

Hello,

Does anyone know how much to charge for handling claims on a parttime basis from home? I will be entering the claims on the payers website and then doing follow up...I wasn't sure if I should charge a per claim flat rate or a by the hour fee? Any suggestions would be greatly apprecitated.
