quick one....is 727.61 for "older" rotator cuff tear while 840.4 is for a "newer" tear?

Is this correct?

I believe that the key here is that even though 840.4 indicates 'current injury' it is also only for the 'capusule' while 727.61 is 'complete tear'; I would choose the one that apply to the patient's condition not based on newer or older.;)
