We are working with a clinic that billed incorrectly --> attempted to appeal and then came to us. Can we correct the bill and just rebill it? Medicare is the insurance
 
You have a year from the date of service to file with Medicare. Time wise you are fine and under certain circumstances yes I would amend the claim and refile. Although it would also depend on the issue though. Make sure you are billing correctly for the services vs billing for payment.
