Received incorrect exam

I signed up for and thought I was taking the cpc exam yesterday. It was until the end that I noticed it said coc at the bottom. I told the proctor but I am wonder if any one has experienced or know of this happening before and what the outcome ended up being?

There is another thread started about this. I have not had this confirmed by AAPC, but I am in the same situation. Very frustrating and time wasting.

I've talked to the AAPC and I get my two chances back for the CPC. And if and when I past the test I just took even thou it was the wrong I get to keep that credential.
