Does anyone have recommendation for a coding manual/reference book for orthopedic surgeons? AAOS has the 2017 Musculoskeletal Coding Guide. And of course there are various Orthopedic coding reference manuals from different vendors. Any input would be appreciated!

My advice would be to get the OPTUM Coding Companions for orthopedics. There are two, one for upper and one for lower. They have almost everything in those books as an Encoder or other software. They will be very helpful especially when multiple procedures are performed.
