Does anyone have a CPT for "reconstruction of the lateral first metatarsophalangeal joint capsule with a suture button device"?
 
26530-26531 (26530, 26531)

The physician performs an arthroplasty on the metacarpophalangeal joint. The physician incises the overlying the skin and dissects to the MP joint. In 26530 the joint is reconstructed using neighboring tissue. In 26531, a prosthetic joint is used to replace the diseased joint. Report each joint separately. Report each tendon separately.
