We are having a discussion here about a Blue Cross Ma pt coming for reconsult for more radiation to another area within the global period since just finshing raditation in July. I feel the pt isn't a consult and should be considered an established visit . Others believe he should be a new consult since they are consulting about mets to another area for discussion of treatment to a new area.
