When posting charges for a Recovery Care Center attached to a freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Center - on a UB-04 -- is the appropriate CPT/HCPCS code the surgical code performed at the ASC?
The likely Revenue Code is 0710.

I responded to your question on your previous post from a day earlier, not sure if you saw it or not. You can't use the surgical CPT or HCPCS code for recovery room charges because that service wasn't provided in your recovery center. Recovery charges usually don't have a CPT or HCPCS code because they're incidental to the surgery, whether billed as revenue code 0710 or rolled together into the ASC's surgical charge, so I'm not really clear as to what you're asking here or why you need a CPT/HCPCS code. Are you trying to bill this as a separate UB-04 claim under a different TIN from the ASC claim? The ASC's compensation for the surgical procedure would already include all normal recovery services.
