Hello,
Our surgeon did the vaginal repair part of this patient's rectovaginal fistula repair and he removed the pessary that caused this. Wondered if these codes correct. CPT 57210, 22 for the vaginal repair, then 57415 for the pessary removal. N83.2. I'll paste part of the report here. Ty!! (our doctor notes colovaginal fistula, but Dr. Kelley reports rectovaginal fistula)
