A 23 year old female comes to the ED for R elbow pain and deformity. She was putting her child to sleep, then got out of bed. When she put force trying to get up, she felt pain and felt it pop. She has a history of dislocations/fracture dislocation in the same elbow years ago. Radiology reports impression is right anterior dislocation of the right humerus relative to the ulna/radius. Final diagnosis is closed dislocation of right elbow. What ICD10 would you use? We have differing opinions. S43.014A or M24421
