I can't find a code for proximal humerus fracture treated with intramedullary rod. Can I use 24516? Also this was done with stab wounds not open.

unlisted code, if accepted by insurance (23929) and charge as open but memo/message that it was done percutaneous or 23615-52 for reduced services and also note percutn.
