Wiki Reference for coding with modifiers?

Can someone suggest a reference guide or resource for coding procedures with modifiers. For example, procedures that u can or can't use modifiers 51 and 59. Codes that can or can't use modifiers 62 and 66.

for 51 and 63 there are appendices in the back of CPT that tell you what you can't use those modifiers with. aside from that there's the CMS physican fee schedule database, they have a search function that will tell you whether or not -50, -62, -66, and -80/-81/-82/-AS are appropriate. other than that I'm sure Medicare has some info regarding 51 and 59 and the proper use. hope this helps!
