I have a refund that is due to a patient because they had overpaid on a account. I have tried to send this money back to the patient however the patient is now deceased and the check was sent back to me. I live in Tennessee does anyone have any information or an address to where I need to send the money since the patient is now deceased? I know it should go to the state but I do not have the mailing address. Also, are there any special instructions for the check and do I need to send anything special along with the check. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
