Wiki Refurbishing of custom orthotics

Patient had custom orthotics made and was using them. She came in a few months later and the note reads "Pt FFO taken and sent to ProLab to have dm top cover with metatarsal pad placed"
what code can i bill for this update to the orthotics? or even can I?
as always thanks for the help
 
In our office we have found that insurance almost NEVER covers refurbishing, so we no longer file it. We tell the patient it is self pay and they are welcome to file it themselves if they want.
