We have a patient that has already come in and discussed her surgery with our provider. They have agreed to the surgery and it is already scheduled. 4 days prior to the patient's surgery she comes back in to discuss additional questions she has prior to the surgery. Is this an office visit we can bill for?

if its a major surgery, unless there is a change in the patients condition warranting a re-evaluation, E&M subsequent to the decision for surgery is bundled.
