Regarding lab test - patient have two visit first visit for eg- First visit 07/02/2013
Came for pregnacy test in that visit final Dx -Absence of menstrution .but lab test pregnacy positive 362.57 , second visit 17/02/2013 in that visit also Patient came for Absence of menstrution , final Dx -Absence of menstrution , but in that documentation Provider mentioned like this BHCG 362.57 Done at 07/02/2013 refer to gyn . Please advise how can i code Fisrt visit and second visit .
