To keep a membership and credential valid:

• Pay the member renewal fee every year
• Submit your required CEUs every 2 years

If you have done both of those things regularly since 2017, you'll need to reach out to customer service. No one on these forums will be able to assist with that.

I agree it looks like you are a non-member, based on the ID and last name you listed in your screenshot:
