Dear Team,

Kindly help me , I took cpc a in 2017. Every year i am doing renewal also. Its showing member not valid. Kindly ss attached. Please advise.

To keep a membership and credential valid:

  • Pay the member renewal fee every year
  • Submit your required CEUs every 2 years
If you have done both of those things regularly since 2017, you'll need to reach out to customer service. No one on these forums will be able to assist with that.
