Could someone please verify for me?

On the rehabiliton coding for PT. V codes...is it correct coding to be using the V57 codes as primary diagnosis code?

Yes the V57 codes are all first list only allowed codes, and the guidelines specify that a V57 code is required to be first listed for encounters for rehapilitation.
