Reimbursement on CPT 90380 90381

Hello, has anyone had luck with reimbursement of CPT 90380 and 90381 Nirsevimab?

I tried to pull the fee schedule on Availity through Anthem but nothing is coming up.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
