Okay Coders, Anyones Help Would Greatly Be Appreciated. Does Anyone Have An Idea Where I Can Locate The Reimbursement Rate For Medicare For The Drug Aprepritant(emend) Injection. I Have Looked On The Medicare Fee Schedule Under Non-classified Drugs. No Luck!! According To The Instructions I Have To Bill Hcpcs J3490 With Description And Ncd#. Please Help!! Thanks
