reinsertion anterior along with posterior additional fusion

I have a patient who was seen in the office for a 6 week check after C5 corpectomy with anterior instrumented fixation and fusion. she had significant improvment in her left radicular meylopathic symptons, however the films showed her plate at C4 migrated. They took her back into the OR replaced the plate and screws at C4 & C6 anterior. same level as before so you would code 22849. Then he flipped the patient and did an additonal posterior fusion C4-T1. Would you still code 22849 along with the fusion 22600, 22614x3, 22842?
Thoughts?
 
I would code both anterior and posterior. 22849 bundle with 22842 - you can use modifier 59 on 22842 as they were done from separate incisions
