Rejection for 95819-26 billed with Consult in POS 22???

Can someone please tell me if I should be getting a rejection for billing a 99255-25 and 95819-26 together? It is an outpatient consult billed with the reading of an EEG. Not sure why, but I have 2 claims going out to AmeriHealth that keep rejecting stating that the POS is incorrect. PLEASE help, someone! I have checked a few different resources to see if they can be billed together in an OP setting (which I already know they can....unless something has changed) and every tool I use to scrub the claim accepts them without issue.
