Hello. A patient had a Release of A1 pulley of the thumb. In the op note it indicates that a transverse incision was made across the flexion crease of the MCP joint of the thumb, carried down bluntly through the subcutaneous tissue down to the Ai pulley. The A1 pulley was divided with a small scissor without difficulty. The tendon was pulled out of the wound and inspected..... I am not sure if this would be coded as 26055 or 26460. Any suggestions is appreciated. Thank you!
