Wiki Release trigger finger and injection of trigger fingers

A doctor did the release of trigger fingers A1 pulleys (long, ring & small)- 26055 x3 but then he injections to the same finger with Kenalog of the A1 pulleys - according to Medicare bundling they can be unbundled with a -59 but would you consider them bundled??

The modifier 59 an only be applied if they are in different anatomical areas or different surgical sessions and I don't see that described in your post. So the injections could only be billed with a modifier 59 if they were performed on a finger that didn't get a trigger finger release 26055.
