Hello!

I posted this question on the facebook page and thought I would ask here also. I'm in a unique position. I have been coding and billing for a small practice for 2 years. I really need to stay home with a kiddo so I put in my notice. My boss asked me to work from home. I couldn't pass on it! We are now trying to figure out how to get me access to the server at work so I can code and bill. So far, it seems our best bet is Team Viewer since it is HIPPA compliant with security. My issue is that the office will have to have a PC set to the side, constantly on, for me to remotely access the information I need. Any ideas on better set up?

Thanks!
Angela

I have a laptop computer with a docking station and two monitors so I can use it either as a laptop or a traditional computer depending on my needs. Our facility also installed a VPN on the laptop. I use my home WiFi and then log on to the VPN to secure all of the information on the computer. It's working quite well for me so far!
