Hi - can you share what program you use for faxing PHI for your remote staff? We have several claim analysts that work remotely and print to the physical office where staff then faxes for them. I would love to bypass this and fax remotely.

Our team uses 8x8 and highly recommend them. We also use their VOIP phone system and I know there are savings when you are leveraging the full suite of services.
