I was wondering if there are any remote coding positions for people who have 1 year experience but are waiting to take the CPC exam.
I've heard of some places that will hire you like that and give you a certain amount of time to get certified. I've heard most places that do this give you one year to get certified in.
If anyone knows of a company that is willing to do this, please comment!!!

There really aren't too many companies out there that will hire a remote coder who isn't certified. It's the companies and hospitals that you work on-site for that give you a certain amount of time to get your certifications. But for remote coding position they want you certified, can work independently, and what I have seen is a lot of companies want you to have at least 2-3 years experience.

So I would obtain your CPC first and get more experience with on-site coding first before jumping to remote coding.
