Remote patient monitoring

I was wondering if any of your OB offices have started billing for remote patient monitoring, 99454? We have been looking into it but it's an expensive feature and we aren't sure how getting reimbursed is going to go. Everything we find online is more geared toward primary care providers. Being in the obstetric field we aren't sure if it will be paid or globalized into the delivery. The company does say they will help with denials and everything but I'm sure you all have faced the dreaded years later insurance companies taking their money back. We are a small office and want to make sure we have done all of our research before jumping into this possibly expensive mistake, and don't want to turn down the possibility of missing out on big revenue. Thank you for your help!
