remote positions for those with a bit less than 3 years exp?

I've been doing anesthesia coding for 2 years and 1 month.. before that I was working for the hospital but not in a direct coding position. I've been looking for a part time remote position to supplement my income but most say 3+ years experience.

Anyone know of a company who hires with less than that?

Thanks for any info!
