Need help with the above. Physician gave me 28116 but I don't feel comfortable with that. I'm thinking maybe 28118 but would the diagnosis be osteophyte?
Description....Sharp dissection was carried into the sinus tarsi and over the anterior process of the calcaneus. There were two medial calcific rounded nodules that were removed. Additional bone around the dorsal medial aspect of the cuboid anterior process was removed using an osteotome.
