Removal of aortic endograft

I have been looking for a code for the removal of an aortic endograft . The AAA endograft was deployed three days prior and subsequently shifted requiring it's removal. Has anyone come across this situtation and if so how did you code your report?
 
Was this done percutaneous or open. If it was done percutaneously I would use 37203 and 75961 making sure dx is complication/mechanical of vascular graft. If open i would look at the removal of foriegn body code for where the incision was abd or leg. Hope this helps
