The physician uses flouroscopy to locate and remove a foreign body from the muscle of the palm. Can I use 76000 for the flouroscopy? CPT 20525 b/c the physcian had to dissect deep into the muscle. Thank You!

yes as long as it does not bundle per the CCI edits (which I do not believe it does)
