Removal of Foreign Body from Face

Good morning! I'm trying to code a removal of foreign body from the face (deep in parotid gland) where guidance (Fluoroscopy) was used. I'm thinking 11010-11012 or 20525?!! Anyone agree or have any other suggestions? TIA.
