Wiki Removal of foreign body without sutures

Patient presented to Ed with a nail in his thigh. There was no incision made for removal. They were able to pull it out after they used lidocaine to deaden the area. We can't use a code with an incision element, because none was made.

Any thoughts on what code can be used, if any?
