Wiki Removal of G-Tube

Patient presented to GI department at Hospital. MD removed G-tube at bedside. Not via EGD, no incision, no sedation. He just gently pulled it out with traction.
My understanding is that facilities do not use the E/M (which technically would be for this case). So, if not an E/M code, what would be appropriate to use in an outpatient facility (not ASC either)?
