Removal of Intralenticular Foreign Body

Can someone explain where the intralenticular area is in the eye? Thinking it is intraocular? Scenario: person hammering a nail and part of the nail entered the eye... diagnosis is intralenticular FB and traumatic cataract. Procedure: Cataract extraction with IOL. Halfway through the creation of the anterior capsulorhexis, the cystitome was getting stuck on the intralenticular FB. Cystotome was used to garb the metallic FB & remove it through the temporal corneal incision. Having issue with a diagnosis for the FB. Also should both the cataract extraction and FB removal be coded. Thank you for any insight.
