How would you code the procedure listed below?

Patient has chronic abdominal wall pain status post mesh placement. Surgeron performed Removal of Abdominal Mesh with Placement of Bio-A-Mesh. The external oblique had retracted laterally to the left but the transversalis was intact. With that, I felt that this needed to be reinforced and a piece of Bio-A mesh 20x20 was chosen and cut to fit the area and tacked as an onlay over this.
