Hello,
Can anyone help me. I have a patient whom had a septoplasty. 1 week later he returned to the outpatient facility to have the nasal splint removed.
( he could not handle the pain of doing it in the office)
I have no idea how to code this. Would it be a foreign body removal 30310? I'm coding for the facility not the doctors office.
any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you
