Pt had cyst on the left tonsillar pillar. Dr. attempted to remove just the cyst, but ended up cutting into the tonsil tissue, so he decided to remove the entire tonsil. Not sure how I would bill for this. I'm thinking 42826-52. Pt over age 12. Any suggestions?
