removal of round ligament lipoma

Surgeon does Inguinal hernia repair and removes a lipoma on the round ligament of a female. Is there a code for the removal of the lipoma? There is the spematic cord lipoma removal, but of course SHE would not qualify for that.
Suggestions. Thanks in advance.
