Wiki removal of silk suture fragments

Patient underwent exam under anesthesia with removal of silk suture fragments. We did not put the sutures in and the doc that did has retired so no records are available. I am using 46608 as CPT code and wonder if V58.32 is appropriate ICD-9. Thanks
