Ok So our physician is doing a "laparoscopic removal of splenule" can anyone direct me in the correct direction?
 
I have a Robotic Assisted Adrenalectomy with removal of incidental splenule -
I am looking at 60650 but what about the SPLENULE REMOVAL ?
Can't find any codes that supports splenule removal?
