Removal of Sutures and apply Dermabond

A patient presented to the office for suture removal from face. The patient is 15 days status post laceration. The wound was closed in the ER. All sutures were removed and there appeared to be wound separation, After inspection the wound was closed with Dermabond.

How would this be coded?
Can we code for the suture removal with an E/M code and laceration repair CPT code OR we can code only suture removal with an E/M.
