Hello...I have a surgery that we have never coded before. Our surgeon did a removal of synostosis between the tibia and fibula of the right leg.
portion of op report: round burr was used to debride the synostosis between the fib and tib. Curets were used to aid in the debridement.
is this 27635 or is there something else that anyone has used in this situation?? Any advice is appreciated...thanks!
