HELP! I need a comparison code for the above. My physician and I have decided that this will be unlisted, 27599. However, he says there is really no good comparison code so I need suggestions. He tells me that this will be an open procedure and he will be removing a bony mass from the knee that is under the tendon. This will then free up the tendon. This is a result of Osgood Schlatter deformity. I suggested 27327 or 27340 . Any other suggestions?
