Can someome please help me with the following operative report:
...incision was made over the lateral aspect of the rt ankle over the cyst thru the previous incision. Dissection was carefully taken dow to the cyst and soft tissues were elevated to expose the cyst. Cyst was incised and serous fluid w/purulent type tissue was removed as previously seen in patients who had rejected the Pegasus graft. The wound was debrided, multiple sutures were removed. The graft was idenitifiable and it was excised as well. Dissection was taken down to bleeding tissue and the base of the cyst. All questionable tissues were curetted out. A section of the cystic wall was excised. The lateral ankle ligaments were insepected. There was noted to be laxity over this area and so determination was made to go ahead and proceed with soft tissue reconstruction. The ligament was incised and then utlilizing #1 Vicryl, the ligament was repaired in a pants-over-vest manner tightening down the lateral ligaments. FloSeal was placed into the depths of the wound and then the deep layer was approximated utilizing...
